Bids will be sold at staggered prices at the cart in the Rally Court at Lunch starting April 25th.
Except for the first and last specialty prices, bids will be sold Wednesday - Friday only.

What You Need in Order to Buy a Bid:

• A fully completed, SIGNED Senior Ball permission slip (available in ASB, on Facebook, on montavista08.org, or on SchoolLoop)*
• Correct bid payment according to date of purchase (Cash or Check made to MV ASB - Class of 2008)
• Money for corsage/boutonnière orders (optional) **See the flower order form.
• Money and permission slip for Senior Picnic (optional) **More info on picnic on the Newsletter.

* Permission slips must be completed and turned in at the time of bid purchase. Incomplete, unsigned, or late permission slips will not be accepted; no exceptions!

Photography/Buses/Parking

• You will sign up for a photo time slot and the bus you will be taking when you buy your bid.
• Couple photos will be taken in the Field House starting at 4pm until 6:15pm.
• Any leftover couple photos and all group photos will be taken on the bottom floor of the San Francisco Belle.
• When you sign up for a bus, you may want to sign up for the bus on which your friends are taking, but photo times are correspondent to a particular bus number, so you may also want to consider when you want to take your photos.
• Arrive on time for your photo time. Bring your photo appointment card with you on the day of and bring the appropriate payment for your photos. Photo prices and info will be available when you buy your bid.
• Once you take your photo, you will not be able to leave the Field House.
• PTA will be providing refreshments at the Field House before bus departures.
• Because of the bus departure from Monta Vista High School, parking will be available to all attendees in the student parking lot.
• You must be at Monta Vista High School by 6pm. Boarding the buses begin at 6:15pm. Bus departure is at 6:30pm. Do not be late!
• Bus #1 will depart first and bus #14 will depart last.
• You must arrive and depart on your assigned bus.
• The approximate return time is 1:30am at Monta Vista High School.
